Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or RCC Pipes) of any description and size set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after laying & testing for any dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SGSW (Grade 'A') drain pipes confirming to IS size 150mm laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5Km but n. exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing of small vegetation /bushes /roots /plants/grass etc from any position of buildings and removel of rubbish to a distance exc 50m and including making good disturbed surface by repair work including matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tanks, inspection chambers, manholes by removing sludge in solid, semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed (Note : Measurements will be taken only after dewatering of the septic tank and no extra payment will be made for dewatering the same)

M&L for cleaning of SGSW/RCC Pipe 200 mm internal dia of any depth by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including manholes and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5Km and n.exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of SGSW/RCC Pipe 150mm internal dia of any depth by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including manholes and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5Km and n.exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of blocked drain any depth by removing sludge and flush with water and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5Km and n. exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of blocked WC and SWG Pipe line upto 1st manhole any depth by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including 1st manhole and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5Km and n. exc 5Km out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured/printed glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x6 to 7mm thick, in floors/walls skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding. 0.38 sqm, in floors/wall etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No above but as in skirting/dado etc with 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick with fly ash brick old size straight of curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4 (Using old size brick) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, for manholes etc and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, plinth beams, fair finished surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/loose soil.
