Providing and installing CPVC pipes Supply/Providing and fabrication, laying and installation of CPVC pipes and fittings, as required having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, SDR 11 ,PE, IS:15778:2007, ASTM D2846 and Sch 80 ,PE, ASTM F441, ASTM F439 including joining of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC, fabrication including cutting, edge preparation to match with the mating edges as wherever required; fitup, laying of pipes including fixing of supports, connecting pipelines with nozzles of Overhead Water Storage Tanks, laying on all types over sleepers or fixing with clamps, and at all elevations, tapings for pressure gauges, supply and fixing of all fittings like elbows, reducers, tees, flanges, union, spacer & blinds, vents, drains, gate valves , gaskets, bolts, nuts etc, alignment, cleaning & flushing by water/compressed air, hydrostatic, or any other type of testing as specified, draining, drying by compressed air, completing all such works in all respects including supply of all consumables like sealent, teflon tape etc., tools and tackles and manpower required for installation of CPVC piping including preparation and submission of isometric drawings as mentioned in the Scope of Work and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe shall be laid as per the drawing NR-1ZZZA-PE-PLN-4501-A1 and NR-1ZZZA-PT-PLN-4702-A1/ instructions of EIC. All the piping components should be able to hold atleast 15kg/cm² pressure at 40⁰C temperature satisfactorily.

Civil & Structural Work

PCC Job Supply/Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

RCC Job Supply/Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in- charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Earthwork in Excavation Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (upto 30 cm in depth, 1 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Backfilling of available excavated earth Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Grouting Providing Grouting for pocket, foundation / anchor bolts, sleeves, anchors of any shape, size, for any member, including roughening, cleaning & curing, etc. complete as directed by EIC.With Epoxy grout as per manufacturer's specifications.

Anchor Bolts Fabricating, supplying and installing thread Anchor Bolts of specified diameter conforming to IS 2062 Grade BR as per drawings, including the cost of M.S. rounds and plates, nuts, washers , anchor plates, fine plates, stiffness, pipes sleeves etc, material as per relevant IS codes, fixing in position with necessary, tools, templates, labour etc for all heights and depths, all complete. Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract.

Structural Steel Works Structural steel work: Supply, Fabrication & erection of steel structural including transportation of material to fabrication site/ work shop for supports; staircases; hand rails; gratings; ladders; platfroms brackets etc. of all types; including supply of all tools & tackles; equipments; machinery;consumables; manpower etc. Erected Steel structure should have one coat of primer and one coat high expoxy paint covering DFT of 200 Micron.

Water Tank Steel Structure and foundation Providing Design and Drawings for Water Tank Steel Structure and Civil foundation supporting 2 Nos. of tanks of 10000 Litres each, at a height of 15m from foundation level. Design and Drawings prior to submission to NRL should be vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering College, preparation and submission of detail BOQ, submission of detail fabrication drawing for steel structure and submission of soft copies of all native files.

Surface Treatment of Foundations using Bitumen "SURFACE TREATMENT OF FOUNDATIONProviding surface treatment to foundations in contact with aggressive water or soil in form of linings, membranes, mastic seal, coal tar epoxy paint, bitumen paint / layer, mortar fillet, protection board etc including materials, tools and tackles as specified in the Drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Inspections and Tests as per relevant specification / IS codes shall be deemed to be included in the scope Bitumen Paint/ Layer : Surface Treatment of Foundations using Bitumen Paint / Layer"

For 250mm dia NP3 RCC Hume pipe 30 RM Supply/Providing , Laying and jointing of RCC hume pipe of NP3 class with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS:458 of approved make, to proper grade slopes and alignment, including earthwork in excavation in all types of soil except soft and hard rock for pipe trenches, pits, manholes etc. including dewatering of surface / sub surface water as required to facilitate lowering of pipes, taking all safety precautions, supporting existing U/G services, shoring and shuttering if necessary, dressing of sides, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, cutting the R.C.C. pipes to required lengths, lowering the pipes, jointing including connecting the pipes to manholes and grouting the pipes body with manhole wall using cement mortar 1 : 2 (1Cement : 2Sand), testing, draining of water and cleaning of pipes after testing, PCC bed, sand cushion and haunch concrete, backfilling the trenches with serviceable available earth including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, breaking clods, laying in thickness not exceeding 15 Cms., watering, rolling and ramming by manual methods / mechanical compactors to achieve 90% laboratory dry density as per IS : 2720 Part VII, including cutting of roads, drains wherever required and making good the same including supply of any additional material if required, disposal of surplus earth / unserviceable material to specified borrow area across WJ Canal, commissioning etc. complete for all depths as per drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer - in - charge. (All material including cement shall be supplied by contractor)

GRP/SMC Water Tanks

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of GRP Hot Compressed Moudling SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) Water tanks 2 Nos of 10000 Litres, with overfill protection system, each with supporing steel base, conforming to : IS 14399 (Part 1& 2) : 1996 & IS 4249 : 1967, including supply of Nozzles for inlet, outlet, drain and overfill protection system required for connection to piping, to be installed over steel structure at height of 15 Mtr .
