Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable 230mm thick and punned down to depth of 180mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid in trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Relaying Sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid in trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting & taking out cable LT 1100V grade any size complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for dehyderation, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, both indoor/outdoor/ pole mounted/plinth mounted HT switch gear etc at different locations by suitable dehydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed. Note : Oil for toping up/ fresh fill shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Material and Labour for topping up transformer oil level with and including new transformer oil confiming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out old kit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB TP 63 amps capacity, rup capacity 16 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board if required to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs indicator lamp (Red, Yellow, Blue) complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T or Legrand/ Hager.

M & L for pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”. Taking Down/ Dismantling of Junction Box of any Size and Type with its all accessories such clamp,nut,bolts all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with 10A Aluminium bus bar, 415V, Neutral link and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex, Cat No. GSJB 2520 or Hensel.

Taking Down/ Dismantling Earthing Complete with Galvanized steel earth plate Electrode of Size 60cmx60cmx6.3mm with its accessories such as nuts,bolt, check nuts etc all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
