Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia/ PVC Casing capping along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof with and including 1.6 mm thick MS sheet fabricated terminal boxes flush mounted for mounting the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required with 3mm thick laminated hylum sheet top cover all as specified and directed for :-

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two run single core 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia/PVC casing capping 20 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 20mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Taking down geyser of any make/ type and any capacity after disconnecting the water and electric line connections from any height, bringing down to floor, dismantling the Geyser and overhauling by means of repair/replacement of the defective spares, cleaning externally and internally re-assembling the geyser, fixing in same position and testing for satisfactory working etc complete. Note: Replacement of defective spares shall be measured and paid under relevant item separately.

The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (a) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor and outdoor fan motor with oil. (b) Cleaning of air filters, indoor unit grills & filters through air blower. (c) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with ventiklean solution once in a contract period. (d) Check and replace the refrigerant pipe once in a contract period or as and when required. (e) Check and repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (f) Check and replace the water PVC pipe. (g) Replacement of faulty spares/components (h) Carry out the monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of all cooling appliances of any make & capacity with job card and making the Cooling Appliances functional (Each Job contains 3 Complaints)
