Note for item No 2 to 28:- (i) The entire work shall be done through OEM i.e. M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd / M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd./ M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on PS Page No 100 to 101 from the respective OEM within twenty one days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action will be taken as per policy in vogue.

Supply & fixing in repair of exhaust fan heavy duty of size 380mm sweep,Motor Speed: 1400 RPM, Power Consumption: 410 W with louver of metal body including cutting of hole in wall of suitable size and including all accessories such as suitable size of fasteners, flexible wires for connections, testing, assembling and making good disturbed surfaces of wall including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Material & Labour for painting of motor (capacity 4 KW to 12 KW) with gear assembly complete including ISMB installed in machine room of lift installation with two coats synthetic enamelled sky blue/ grey paint also paint where black paint is required and write the SM No on motor and panel with superior quality of synthetic enamelled white paint after scratching the old paint and preparing smooth surface suitable for painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car door/ landing door of lift of any make and model including Stainless steel facia and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to doors & facia surfaces of any make and any cap lifts all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing hand rails of 40 mm dia stainless steel, medium grade pipe with necessary fittings screwing for passenger/goods lifts as per existing sample including taking down old unserviceable hand rails complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing of mirror 4 mm thick inside the car cabin including all acessories for passenger/ goods lifts including taking down old unservicable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for aluminium chequered plate flooring 5mm thick five bar pattern fixing with accessories including necessary cutting bending, edeging, chamfering etc inside the car cabin for any make and model lifts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing maintenance free sealed LED acid battery of cap-12V,18AH for ARD for any make and model of lifts including taking down old unserviceable batteries complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- EXIDE/AMARON/ STANDARD FURKKAVA)

Material & Labour water proofing and rehabilitation of lift pit by proper cleaning/removing the plaster of pit walls and applying waterproofing material complete all as specified and as directed. (i) cleaning of pit with wire brush/washing. (ii) Fixing of 10 mm dia aqua TP grouting nipple upto 75 mm depth by drilling with 12 mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar @2/sqmm. (iii) Grouting Dr Miracle SS(or equivalent) @25 kg/sqm average grout prepared by mixing Dr Miracle SS/WAC power with water and 2% Dr Miracle Retrometer (Part B) (or Equivalent) by grouting pump @ 10 TO 12 KG/CM2 pressure.
