Maintenance of SCADA based water supply pumping and distribution system (SCADA system) by carrying out repairs, prenentive maintenance, servicing for smooth and efficient functioning of SCADA system including all connected circuit and accessories, servicing of SCADA server including necessary updating, etc to upkeep the service as recommended by OEM/manufacturer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The rate quoted shall include repair/maintenance and servicing of defective components/spare parts, establishing the communication between PLC based panel and the SCADA control centre, uploading and downloading of logic based programmer, carrying any changes/upgradation to the programmable logic controller (if required) and manual/remote opration from PLC based panel.
