Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 15 cm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metre and initial lift of 2 metre and clearing and leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification nd as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M sand/ Filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and FILLING GRAVEL Supplying and filling in 'foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For Vertical surfaces such as sunshade boxing, vertical drops, facia for sunshade, canopy facia and other vertical walls etc.,

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For Foundation and Basement

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and paving the floor with Vitrified Tiles (Marbonite) of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60m x 8mm for flooring in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 - 20mm thick including labour etc complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying and paving the floor with Hydralically Pressed anti skid tiles like (Erocon tiles) of approved quality and colour of size 0.30 x 0.30m x 8mm for flooring in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 - 20mm thick including labour etc complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Deep blue resin coated corrugated/profile Galvalum sheet of 0.47mm thick including cost of J hooks and bitumen washers and all lobour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the surface with power trawler as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD - 128)
