SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN 153 TA AND 9 ARTY BDE CAMP UNDER GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Preparing the black top surface of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10/30) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premix SDAC 30mm consolidated thickness with paver mixed at hot mix plant with 5.5% of paving binder Vg-10/Vg-30 and rolled to uniform smooth surface, well ramming rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, oil/grease and forgin materials etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paints through authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10/30 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and putting in bituminous macadam carpet well rammed & sealed with binder VG-10/30 @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bitumious macadam mixed with paving bitumen @ 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-10/30) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Long Solar Delinator made out of Medium grade MS pipe 75mm dia, 1.20 Mtr heigh (0.90m above ground level and 0.30m below ground level) wrapped with three Nos high reflection tape in red, yellow, white in colour of 150mm height and 50 micron thickess of each. Reflected portion covered with welded mesh of 3mm wire dia wire and 50mm x 50mm mesh including necessary painting, excavation and embedding in PCC (1:2:4) block size of 250mmx250mmx350mm all complete as specified and directed. Make - 3M, (ID-IE51058819) Solar vertical delinator or its equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Long Delinator made out of Medium grade MS pipe 80mm dia, 1.10 Mtr heigh (0.80m above ground level and 0.30m below ground level) wrapped with three Nos high reflection tape in red, yellow, white in colour of 150mm height and 50 micron thickess of each. Reflected portion covered with welded mesh of 3mm wire dia wire and 50mm x 50mm mesh including necessary painting, excavation and embedding in PCC (1:2:4) block size of 250mmx250mmx350mm all complete as specified and directed. Make - OSCAR (Model-OS-801), 3M, TATA BP Solar or its equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Bi-Direxctional Reflective type road sollar studs illuminated (100mmx90mmx17mm) yellow/red both sides of rectangular/square shape made out of thermoplastic body fixed on road with bitumen adhesive as per manufacture's instructions having abrasion resistance ceremic coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M (ID-31928514) Solar Studs or its equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Cat eyes ABS Body with scratch and abrassion resistant,microprismatic,polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lense of temperature resistance body of size 100mmx90mmx17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhensive as per manufacture instruction having abrasion resistance creamer and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed.
