One priming coat & Two coat oil distemper including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work .
Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade old work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 Ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat all guard)
Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m.
Providing and appling plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work but for every coat on previously painted old wood or steel work.
