Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5Sqm complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but n. exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description from the frames exceeding 1Sqm but not exceeding 2Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L, making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers including all pinning when necessary in cement mortar 1:4 finished to match with the existing work complete all as directed.

S&F, 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Factory made wire gauzed plain PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top, middle & bottom rails(3 panels). M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Wire guaze sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly
