Revised DNIT of Desilting and Cleaning of Master sewer line of various sizes in Leg III and IV Part Gurugram

1/N.S. Item Desilting of existing sewer lines by installation of adequate number of pumping system & laying temporary rising main from upstream side of working length for the smooth flow / by - pass of the sewerage system to avoid the flooding in the adjoining area, desilting of sewer line with mechanical device i.e. super sucker machine of 290 HP to 400 HP engine driven for taking out rubbish debris, silt etc. All internal debris be removed from the existing sewer line and cleaned with high velocity jet cleaners of 200 PSI pressure according to NASSCO recommended specifications and disposal of the malba / debris at site as directed by the Engineering -In - Charge. Traffic control arrangements and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of sign boards, Removal of all hindrances / obstructions unforeseen items all to the satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge of the work. i) 900mm i/d

Item Providing CCTV survey by Pan Tilt Camera with zooming and rotating 360 degree of pipe line after desilting and proper cleaning of existing sewer line for inspection and designing the thickness of required CIPP lining according to the deteriorated condition of pipe line and submit the soft / hard copy of the result showing the location and date of survey complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -In -Charge.

Item Providing and installing of Cured -in - Placed - Pipe liner (CIPP Liner) including designing the thickness of CIPP and vetting from IIT Delhi / NIIT Kurukshetra / WRC London based on the report of CCTV regarding the deteriorated condition of existing sewer line. The CIPP liner should be made with Felt (Tube) of required size & Resin of reputed make i.e. Scottbadder /AOC / Raycold and other specified chemical and material including the machinery and equipments such as Leaflet Hose, Conveyor System, Diesel Operated Water Boiler with injection & suction pumps, Inversion Tower, Hydra, JCB, Support Vehicle, Gen Set of 62 KVA, Air Compressor, Vacuum Machine, Pneumatic Mechanical Mixer with ice buckets, Water Tanker, THF & PU Sheet, Submersible pump, and other safety equipments required at site & skilled / fully trained labour / staff as required for the process of CIPP lining. The CIPP lining should be in proper gradient / slope and including the testing of line after CIPP lining complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -In - Charge. i) 900mm i/d

Rehabilitation of manholes/chamber including removal of old plaster, sealing of leaks, preparing surface after thorough cleaning, washing. I) Application of 12mm thick plaster with High strength, abrasion - resistance epoxy reinstatement mortar over a coat of Epoxy Resin concrete / mortar bond coat of approved brank and manufacturer. The plaster shall be applied on a well-prepared surface after thorough cleaning and washing. II) Installation of new SFRC extra heavy duty (EHD35) frame & cover marked with GMDA Sewer, EHD 35 year of manufacture trade name to required level as specified and directed by the Engineer -in –charge. (5 Nos M.H’s required strengthening)
