Installation and fixing of bird net with all fixing arrangements. Bird net be manufactured from 100% virgin Nylon (Polyamide), material shall be UV stablished to withstand prolonged outdoor explosure. The Nylon filament shall be non toxic, non corrosive weather resistant and safe use around human and animals. Mesh Size & Construction:- •Standard mesh size: 35mm x 1 35mm (+5 mm) •Filament diameter: 0.8mm (+0.1mm) •Breaking strength of filament: > 23 kgf (minimum) •Net shall be fixed using SS 304 hooks, eye bolts, or SS 304 fasteners at intervals not exceeding 4 ft. •The perimeter shall be tensioned using a 2.0 mm ± 0.5 mm stainless steel rope to maintain uniform tautness across the entire span. •All edges shall be securely locked using "C" staples to prevent displacement or loosening during service. •A supporting grid of SS 304 rope shall be erected beneath the net, forming a stable load bearing framework on which the net is laid. This grid prevents sagging, distributes the net's weight evenly, and eliminates excessive tension at the perimeter edges.
