M/O of Dist. Centre Nehru place.SH-Maintenance of Nehru place by engaging manpower for day to day sweeping i/c mechanized cleaning of District Centre Nehru Place.

Cleaning, Sweeping and Scavenging of plaza flooring and road(internal), footpath area and horticulture area etc have area of 93,219 sqm will be swept by engaging and deploying 33 Nos. of Environmental Assistant and 03 Nos of supervisor from 8 AM to 4 PM including collection of malba, garbage, building rubbish, refuse of all types and dead animal etc. disposal of the same to nearly dustbins including arrangement of all Tools & plant like broom, kulchi carts etc. The Environmental Assistant should be well dressed in specified uniform as per direction of Engineer_in_charge. Note:- (a) The recovery of non-sweeping/non-scavenging of the area, the same shall be made double the rate per day of sweeping/scavening in the agreement from the contractor as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-(b) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon'ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC,DDA etc. on account of non-sweeping/non-scavenging of the area, the same shall be borne by the contractor. Note:- (c) for identification and confirmation the agency has to submit the aadhar Card details of the Environment Assistant / Supervisor deployed at site for execution the work. Note:- Minimum 33 nos of Environment Assistant & 3 Supervisor deploy, daily in proper uniform at the work site.

Mopping of plaza granite flooring (market complex) have area of 34434 sqm will be swept by engaging 17 automatic Mopping machine (Commercial use) having coverage area of 250 sqm per hr and deploying 17 Nos. of Environmental Assistant to run machine from 8 AM to 4 PM as per direction of Engineer_in_charge.The Environmental Assistant should be well dressed in specified uniform as per direction of Engineer_in_charge. Note:- (a) The recovery of non-mopping of the area, the same shall be made double the rate per day of sweeping/scavenging in the agreement from the contractor as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-(b) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon'ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC,DDA etc. on account of non-sweeping/non-scavenging of the area, the same shall be borne by the contractor. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
