Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of KM stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of KM stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of KM stone, transpotation to site and all materials labour T&P etc. required proper complete of Work.

Supply and errective of build up over head structure 12m to 15m span comprising o three vertical post of 6m high made up 300mm NB heavy class ms pipe as vertical member welded with 100 mm ms plate at top and bottom for bearing of horizontal MORTH 802.

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway. MORT&H 803

The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 37:2012 as per MORTH 801(8.4) (VIII) 50x60 cm single chevron)

6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S one vertical post Supply. fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom.The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic) enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condilion for built up structure ncluding Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast. RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all laxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of Pevement marker (Cate Eye) type X-ASTMD-456-4 avery

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lattering and Printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and Plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy as per drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1.

(C) Bridges and Culverts: (a) De-Silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/distrubed boulder pitching, breast/toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring, guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-strucures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets. (g) Wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & Lettering of No. plates, repair. (D) Repair of Roadside Drains: (a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC- 1:2:4. (E) Road Furniture: (a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stone & sign boards. (b) 200 m Stones, (c) Km stones, (d) 5th km stones. Maintenance requriment as per above and Mentioned in Special Condition of Contract for Maintenance. Payment of Maintenance work as Percentage of final Civil Construction Cost :
