Construction of Shaurya Cafe and Gallery at District Headquarter Malkangiri

Cleaning of project site by removing bushes, shrubs, words, rank vegetation, rubbish, garbage, plastic waste, debris, loose earth, stones, and other unwanted materials from the entire project area, including collection, segregation, loading, carriage (CNG), transportation to an approved municipal dumping yard/disposal site, unloading, disposal, dressing and cleaning of the site complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all labour, T&P, machinery, loading, unloading, transportation, fuel, royalty (if applicable), taxes, and all incidental charges complete.

Earth work excvation in foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth, and gravel mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts and to the required depth including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, pilling dewatering from foundation dressing and leveling bed supplying and working pumps staking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the E.I.C. etc in all respects with coffer dam if required as per specification including cost of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries T & P etc. required for the work.

Earthwork excavation in slushy/saturated soil with two extra lead over intial lead and one one extra lift over initial lead and lift in foundation trenches/over areas, including removal of mud, dressing the sides, bailing/pumping out water, and disposing of surplus wet earth within a 50m lead and 1.5m lift. etc. complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with Quarry Rubbish (Crusher Dust) including quarrying, collecting, conveying, supplying and watering including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour, t & p etc. complete.

Supplying & Filling foundation trenches , plinth & ditches with clean course river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and all taxes of sand,cost & conveyance of water, cost of all Labour,labour cess,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4 cm size H.G. Metal free from weathered & skin with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour etc. including curing, dewatering if required complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200 Kg/cm.sq in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size down graded (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction with mechanical vibrators, watering and curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P, with all lead lift and delifts required for the work etc. complete in all respect with proper specification for all structural components as mentioned below and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) Column base

"Reinforced cement concrete work in M20 / M25 grade with 20mm down broken granite stone chips/aggregates from approved quarry, including hoisting, lifting, layout, pouring, compacting with needle vibrator, smoothly finishing, and curing for a minimum of 14 days, including cost of all materials, taxes, and labor, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement steel, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge: a) RCC column and Beam above slabs

Providing and removing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, staging, bracing, applying approved shuttering oil, and removal after completion of curing for reinforced cement concrete works at all levels, complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
