Material and labour, repair to pot holes depth exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.0sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces of road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm using VG 30 paving bitumen blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippling of 6.3mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Preparation of existing black top bituminous road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirts and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness), using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inharent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (to refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated mixed with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the GE. (ii) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggregate and binder (bitumen) and semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iii) Contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.

Material and labour, premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required gradient & camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, painting 2mm thick of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic(commercial) machine drive in strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 30cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cat eye before premix complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old cat eye in work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix, solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colour red/yellow/blue/green to a side(total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20mm with built in stem-nail 37x37mmx55mm long for fixing with epoxy.LEDs,solar cells,battery & light censor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 days(Nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours, including removal of existing ones complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix high intensity reflective taxi track delineator, made out of rigid PVC pipe and fittings, reflector of colour blue/ white/ red, over 75 mm dia pipe of reflector length 370mm including side white sealing reflector sheet bands. Base support pipe of dia 50mm of length 300mm to insert in MS pipe of length 30cm embeded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggegate) including necessary form work including removal of old unservicable delineator complete all as specifed and directed . S&F delineator( steel) having acrylic relecetor dual directional delineator having 100mm dia cube corner high in denisty relector ( red/ yellow/ white) holded in strong plastic ABS body mounted cover CRC steel tube 50mm dia of 16 gauge sheet support of total height 600mm having flared/ welded mesg cage. All steel parts stove enameled and baked to 120 degree celsius to make all weather resistance vertical support tube to have a plastic sheet reflector all around 100mm width, delineator to be fixed with screw and rowel plug in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size ( 20x20x30cm) including removal of old unservicable delineator complete all as specifed and directed.
