Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 30cm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 21.9 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 30cm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 21.9 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes arrows etc.of any description not less than10cm width/girth & minimum thickness not less than 2.5mm on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Dual directional retro-reflective ROUND delineator steel made out of 16 gauge MS sheet of outer dia 75mm having reflector in cavity 1.6 mm deep. Head of height 230mm supported over a MS round pipe 47mm dia of 16 gauge sheet passing through the head to provide firm support to make a total height 600mm. Having a circular foot for firm grip to ground. All heat process coated and baked to 120 degree C to make all weather resistant. High intensity micro beaded encapsulated reflectors laminated all around & embeded the delinator in PCC block of size 20 x20 x 30cm in ccement concrete 1;2:4 type B-I including necessary earth work including taking out old unsv delinator complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Solar road studs 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made out from aluminium alloy and construction, Solar powered by monocrystle panel & type of batery- One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeble battry with view distance approximate 1000 mtr LEDs 0-10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colour with back up hours of continuous lights at night fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and direcrted. Supply and fixing Road Stud/ cat eye of size110mm x 128mm x 29.5 mm made out from aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors & 02 Nos eye balls each on both side, complete all as specified and directed. Model : No- DA 971 of Dark Eye or equivalent inGreenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.
