Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note No.6 of TD drawing No. AFB/TD/260/06 Sheet No.1/1 (R ) and applying a coat of blown grade @1.2 Kg per sqm hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope, complete all as specified and directed

Providing cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement motor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling/chajjas in cement motor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applied two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.
