M&L for forming embankments including raising earth and spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling to obtain standard Procter density not less than 95% at optimum moisture content and finishing to required size, shape, etc. The rates are inclusive of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect including cost of procurement & excavation of soil from the source etc. Note :- Quoted Rate of the bidder for the above item shall be deemed to include the cost of earth/soil to be brought from outside the defence land and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavators) over areas (exc 30 cm in depth, 1.5 in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2 above add for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n exc 250m & depositing as directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bond stones, set in CM 1:6 complete with joints to match.

Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, benching kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over random rubble stone walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses built with lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face bed and joint with maximum depression 40 mm on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Raised pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, including raking out joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly of boulders at back side of wall etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore low density polyethylene pipe of pressure rating 6 Kgf / sqcm laid for the purpose of weep holes all as specified and as directed at site.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil.

All as per item No. 14 above add to (or deduct from) for every 3 cm of part there of above or below 15 cm average depth.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonne and n exc 12 tonne.

Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

150mm thick (Compacted thickness) in two layers each in 75mm th WBM, with coarse aggregate of Granite trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

Brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks with fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm, exceeding 6m mean less than 75 kg/Sqcm, exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4.

Hard core of broken stones or boulders of gauge n. exc 63 mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slab supported on walls, columns all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface flat for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Use & waste of form work to edge of concrete flats etc exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm wide/thick for fair finished surface of concrete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Applying two coats of cement based paint over concrete or newly plastered surfaces including preparing new plastered surface all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars (Fee 500 D), 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally cranking, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

25mm average thickness sand filling/cushioning bed with necessary consolidation for bedding layer of tiles etc complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick as in flooring, sub base etc complete all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

Providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and directed.

Solar cat eye having 3 LED / side of colour red/yellow to a side (6nos) house in tough pressure dia casted aluminum allow of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with approxy LED solar cell battery and light sensor well protected in side under tough under cable for 2 to 3 days (night) after full charge in 8-10 hours.

Stainless steel round road delineator having reflector type red/yellow colour in plastic body protected in side polycarbonate sheet, protected with powder coated wise mesh cage system mounted as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reflective type cat eye having colour red/yellow to a side, casted aluminum allow size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with protected in side as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exc 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, complete all as specified.

PCC M-10 (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded crushed stone agregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or drain channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred stopped ends etc, complete all as specified.

Add or deduct for every exra 25 mm girth or part thereof or under 30 cm, complete all as specified.
