Providing and fixing MS angle (size: 40x40x6mm) with the barbed wire over the compound wall, fixing the angle in CC within the pillars including applying primer and painting to the angles, cost of all materials and labour charges, etc complete. Preparing ramps near St. Catherine Chapel.

Repairs to the undulated/missing laterite stone flooring by Dismantling the undulated laterite stone flooring carefully and re-fixing the same in lime mortar (1:1:1) of base 5cm thick and providing laterite stone flooring for the missing portion in LM (1:1:1) including raking the old deteriorated joints and pointing the same, matching with the stone, stacking the materials for re-use, curing, etc complete. Dismantling the undulated laterite stone flooring carefully, etc complete.

Providing and laying lime mortar base of 5cm thick base in lime mortar (1:1:1) including mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc complete.

Providing, laying and fixing laterite stone for the missing potion in LM (1:1:1) with new laterite stones including dressing, cutting, fixing, lifting, carrying materials, etc complete.

Providing for recess pointing in lime mortar 1:1:1 to the laterite stone masonry floor including raking the joints, cleaning the surface, pointing, matching color with the stone, curing, etc complete.

Repairs to the door. Providing repairs of the wooden door by carefully dismantling the doors including loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, erecting and dismantling of the scaffolding, transportation charges, etc complete.

Making and fixing temporary door during the repairing period of the existing door for safety and security of the monument made out of ply wood, etc complete.

Removing the old faded paint from the teak door shutter carefully without damaging the wood, etc complete.

Repairing the door by carefully removing and replacing the damaged/decayed wooden portion with properly giving support and scaffolding with the new ones by using 1st class teak wood, MS patti (75x8mm), nuts and bolts, rivets as required and fixing the same including preparing the new mended wooden piece as per the original design, carefully fixing the same with all charges, etc complete.

Providing and applying synthetic enamel painting in two coats for the grills including scraping and preparing the surface with a coat of red oxide primer, etc complete.

Repairs to the roof at the edges to stop the leakages by removing the rusted sheet, dead mortar and cleaning the edges of the roof, making the groove into the wall about 10 to 15cm, inserting the GI plan sheet and fixing the same in cement mortar (1:3) with water proofing compound, carrying materials, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, curing, etc complete.
