Formation of cement concrete road around the Modernised additional Godown of 3400 MT capacity at Thirumangalam Warehouse.

Cutting Earth for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed in medium rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and compacting the surface with roller and removing the surplus earth as directed by the officer incharge with in the Warehouse with initial lead and lift and clearing and levelling the site etc..,

Supplying and filling with Gravel in layers of not more than 15cmm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying, compacting Wet Mix Mecadam with clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material, premixed with water to a dense mars on a prepared subgrade / sub base / base or existing pavement as the case may be in accordance with the requirement of these specification and thickness as per approved drawings or as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm jelly, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for laying, curing etc.., for base course including compacting with platform vibrator laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and consolidated.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half Sand Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for flooring and wearing coat including laying 3m x 3m size, compacting, finishing the top with power trowel and curing etc.., completed as per standard specifictions and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing expansiong joint at 6mtr intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crack free construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works etc.., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge.
