Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm and coat of hot blown VG-20 paving grade (60-80) penetration bitumen applied hot @ 1.2 kg per sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per Sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashings etc., shall be added to the roof area) and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L for non skid vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors using 2-3mm wide spacers and pointing the gap with epoxy grouting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and incl 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sliding/openable glass door 12mm thick (toughened glass) of approved quality including necessary all stainless steel hardware fittings (As like sliding rail, guide, clips, frame, brackets, clits, jammers, stoppers, locking arrangement etc) door fixed with two No's stainless steel handle on each leaf/door exc 45 cm long 25 mm dia complete drilled for fixing with all fitting and fixture complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for structural frameless glazing consisting of 12mm thick toughened glass coated with metallic or metallic oxide coating fixed with spider fitting, L- Connecter SS-304, U-channel and other connecting accessary fixed with sealed structural sealant and fixing glass film of approved quality complete all as IS -3548:2013 and as directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F plain gypsum board panel 12 mm thick on false ceiling (including any design/ cob design as required & pattern as approved by GE) with and including necessary GI frame work for seamless ceiling used with 'T', channel or any section including screws, cleats, fasteners, clips and all required accessories, hangers etc. of galvanized steel all as per manufacturer design conforming to IS-2095 and 2542(1981) the weight of the board shall be not less than 7 kg per sqm and including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer and putty, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stainless Steel work of Grade-304 as in Gates, grills, railing posts (horizontal/ vertical) or any type of other work or in any position, of any type and size including special shaped washers, channels, plates horizontal/ vertical made of hollow tubes or in any other shape as per requirement at site complete all as specified and as directed.
