Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular / square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge and including taking down false ceiling any type and unserviceable GI duct at location as specified and directed. Note: Dimension of duct should same as existing taking down size of GI duct.

Taking down unserviceable duct insulation and M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leak proof. (d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12mm / 50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 m.

Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material 12mm thick reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

The alternator shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS 2613/5000.

Acoustic enclosure: Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. ii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. iii) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. iv) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to use. v) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. vi) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. vii) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provide for monitoring the operation. viii) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. ix) Deliverables < 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within as per manufacturer’s recommendations above ambient temp. x) The enclosure should be provided with light fitting for inside illumination. No. 23.02 Contd… xi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. xii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. xiii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pretreatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. xiv) Fuel gauge to be provided with neck of fuel tank. xv) The exhaust pipe should be provided with additional 2 mtrs extended length apart from OEM standard length to prevent smoke / pollution to the Lab bldg, the rate quoted deemed to included extended pipe. xiv) Generator Monitoring Panel: Comprising of following :- a. Engine protection for low lub oil pressure, high water temperature (alarm & shutdown), Fuel level, Auto manual stop. b. Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current, under frequency, over frequency (alarm & shut down) and reverse power. c. Relay drivers for remote annunciations. d. Auto / manual start / stop. e. Remote monitoring capability through separate interface modules. f. Gen set metering parameters like lube oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine speed (rpm), run hours, DC voltage, 3 phase volts and 3 phase amperes, frequency, KW, KVA, power factor. g. Coupling arrangement: Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling fly wheel housing. h. Accessories: AVM Pads built or separately mounted to manufacturer base frames. j. Base Frame: Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank: As per OEM norms and specifications designed for above capacity of DG set. xvi) AMF panel: Auto main failure (AMF) panel made out of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening of 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC 50HZ having aluminium busbar of capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 50 KVA DG set with three phase and half neutral colour code pre- wired with copper control cable from Gen set to AMF panel.

The foundation drawing for DG set shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before laying of foundation. The contractor has to obtained approval for RCC / PCC foundation for the DG set with manufactures. Note: DHPP(N) for testing of DG set upto 110% of rated capacity shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil, including trimming sides of foundations and aforming bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm., complete all as specified and directed.
