Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg kg/sqm. Providing and fixing 15-18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and laying antiskid ceramic floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13 1/2 ^ prime prime deep and 2' -0^ prime prime height with openable shutter at wall above 4'-9" height consisting of 18mm thick pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination), flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density), Grade 1, Type II, IS: 12823 marked (exterior grade) lipped with hard wood lipping of size 18mm x 6mm on exposed edges include cost of piano hinges and handles, magnetic catchers, nails, screws, synthetic adhesive etc. and fixed in position with help of fastners at wall complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
