M&L machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing and including roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone 16-18 mm thick as in risers of steps, skirting, dado etc over & including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing and including roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished fair and even without using extra cement etc including taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ ceilling/ stone/b lock etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls and 2mm thick wall care putty with paint roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan, for laying of cable and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work measured separately.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
