Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a PWD registered Contractor.

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. With work indent number is complsury

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit(FDR) for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price.

The tender of any tenderer who does not accept the conditions contained in the tender document is liable to be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Omission and Typographical errors which is in the opinion of the Executive Engineer, will not be a ground for claims of extra payment. If any of the dates mentioned happens to be a general holiday, the next working day will holds good.

Further particulars, if any required by the Contractor can be contact the office of the Executive Engineer, P.R.E.Division, Chitradurga during office hours on all working days.

Condition mentioned in Bid document KW-1 is accepted.

GST will be paid seperately as per prevailling rules.
