Daily Maintenance of Volt 200 AH Battery set (55 cells) and 48 Volt 300 AH (24 cells) at 132 KV Sub-Station Khalilabad including work of Daily cleaning of each Cell, cleaning of Terminals, tightening nuts and bolts and slight touching of petrolium Jelly on its terminals as required. Daily measurement of specific gravity and voltage and its logging on battery register. Also filling distill water if required and doing other associated work for proper maintenance of battery sets. Cleaning of battery charger its dedusting with clean cotton also cleaning of DC Distribution board checking of Earthing system i.e. charger, DEDB and battery room. (Distilled water and petrolium Jelly shall be provided by the department) for the period of one Year.
Carrying out electrical maintenance of L.T. line, also whenever required repairing/replacement of defective switchyard light, repairing of general light, celling fans exhust fans of control room, battery room, store room etc. Maintenance and repairing of AC cubicals at switchyard for 1 Year at 132 KV Sub-Station Khalilabad. All the Labour and T & P materials will provided by the firm and materials like lamp, choke, ignetor, MCB, Cables etc will provided by the department in free of cost.
