1.Testing & Commissioning:
The complete system shall be tested and commissioned at site after installation. The unit shall be subjected to a continuous trial run of minimum 24 hours, the cost of which shall be borne by the contractor, to ensure satisfactory performance without abnormal noise, vibration, or faults. All tests shall be carried out in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge, and defects, if any, shall be rectified by the contractor at no extra cost. The work shall be deemed complete only after successful testing and commissioning, and submission of technical literature, test certificates, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and warranty certificates. | 13 | Each | - | - |

3. The transformer shall be provided with standard fittings/accessories, including but not limited to: HV and LV cable boxes with porcelain bushings, nuts, bolts, washers, and glands suitable for connections. Conservator tank with drain valve and oil level indicator. Dehydrating breather filled with silica gel (first filling included). Explosion vent. Thermometer pocket with dial-type thermometer (range up to 120 °C with maximum pointer and reset). Rating and terminal marking plate. Two earthing terminals with provision for GI strip connections.
