Supply and fix 4 mm thick suspended non asbestos fibre cement non asbestos building boards similar to E- board classic placed in the grid of size 605 x 605 mm with aluminium anodised angle/channel/Tee section fixed with screw duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI hanger fixed with GI hooks 4 mm dia and fastner as required at the site including two coats of acrylic distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Details of section are as Under including taking down old unserviceable one:- (i) Aluminium angle 25mm x25mm x1.5mm thick. (ii) Aluminium Cross Tee 25mm x25mm x1.5mm thick. (iii) Aluminium main TEE 25mm x38mm x1.5 mm thick.

Materials and labour for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured cement to matcht etc over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non-skid, ceramic, joint free coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured cement to matcht as on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc over 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles.

Material and Labour 16-18mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wall cladding and like in CM(1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including necessary edge moulding/chamfering (full or half moulding) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Heavy duty exterior grade vitrified tiles ( full chrged) of size 300mmx 300xmm x7 to 10mm thickness as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick tinted sheet glass, ordinary type with oil putty, in square exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan AC Single Phase 240 Volts of size 1200mm sweep, metal body and 3 blade, including all fixing arrangements 'S' hook completeall as specified and asd irected including taking down old unserviceable fan with 'S' hook. Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 35 Sqmm 3.5 core as in trenches etc including connection complete including taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixin Galvanized iron pipe, 40mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor , walls for cable proction complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of existing energy efficient bulk head fitting 10W capacity decorative hexagon back lit LED luminarie with necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells Cat part No. HEXAFT10WLED857SSYMBOPC or equivalent model from make:- Bajaj / Crompton.

Materials and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm x 60 Cm x 6.00 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel, GI strip projected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and other end connected to earth test point as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke common salt laid in alternative layer of 15 cm (complete thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 normal mix cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 Cm c/c both ways and single handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work etc. in soft / loose soil and disposal pf soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and necessary testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. including taking down old unserviceable earth plate with all broken/ rusted/ unserviceable accessories.
