Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. Manufacturing and supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specifications. MS angles of size 50x 50x 6mm at 3.5 Kg./m are used for the outer frame and MS angle of size 35x 35x 5mm at 2.6 Kg/m for the shutter frames. The entire shutter area can be covered with CRC Sheets (18G) with 5 nos of stiffners using MS Flats of size 25x6m m at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frame and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flush butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3 nos of hinges incase of double shutter of 125x31x1.25 mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for tower bolts - 2 nos, aldrops - 1 no. The frame shall be provided with 6 nos of hold fast of 200mm length using 50x6mm MS flat. Fabricating, supplying and fxing of prepainted galvanized colour sheets with the following specification. The material should be of PPG 1 the profile with red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be GI base pre painted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping scrrews, plastic washers. the washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with zinc coating of Z120 GSM paint thick. The finish should be terracotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional finish etc, complete as directed by the dept officers

Fabricating supplying and fixing of polycorbanate sheet with the following specification. The materialsl made of polycorbonate with clear colour or any other approved design 6mm thick multi wall type having width 1200mm or 2100mm. The sheet should be fixed with aluminium jointing clips, shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damping the sheets. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental design as per site condition and as directed by the dept officers

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing, and Gratings Work welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification
