Carefully dismantling of Mangalore tiles from existing Mangalore tiled roofing system of the palace without damaging any other structural members ,dry cleaning and washing by Caustic soda , sun dried then stacking for reuse on roofing including cost of all lead, lift of materials and labour etc. complete.

Cleaning of dismantled Mangalore tiles by dry cleaning and washing by Caustic soda following sun dried or Machine dried then stacking for reuse on to roofing including cost all lead, lift of materials and labor etc complete.

Carefully removing the old reapers and damaged rafter to attend the repair in existing roofed aluminum sheets and joinery without damaging any other parts of a palace structure etc. complete as per the directions of the site in charge. (Up to 13 mts height)

Supplying of new Nandi/ Nilgiri wood reaper 40 mmx40 mm and 25mm x 50mm and rafter for fixing tiles and aluminum zinc sheet in required size and dimensions including saw mill charges as per direction of engineer in charge.

Removal of 150 mm of dead/ decayed weather proof course carefully and shifting debris away from the palace complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Scraping of moss blisters etc thoroughly from wall surface and ceiling necessitating the use of scrap, wire brush ,sand paper etc. making surface ready for receive the lime wash.

Removing thick layers of paint from heavily cracked and blistered painted surfaces of existing columns ,beams in ground floor corridors ,doors ,windows and wooden false ceiling in first floor and other architectural instigated design areas by careful burning with blow lamp including smoothening exposed surface of timber with pumice stone or glass and disposal of waste away from the working spot as per the direction in charge.

Applying priming one coat over wood surface on existing columns, beams ,in ground floor corridors , doors, windows and wooden false ceiling in first floor rafter , reaper , and other architectural instigated design areas after preparing the surface thoroughly cleaning oil , grease, dirt and foreign materials , sand papering and knotting liquid wood filler for varnish including cost of materials , labour complete as per specification.

Applying paint in two coats (excluding priming coat ) on existing columns ,beams in ground floor corridors ,doors ,windows and wooden false ceiling in first floor , rafter , reaper and other architectural instigated design areas on wood surface /wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade ,cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and foreign matter, sand papering including cost of materials ,labour ,complete as per specification.

Applying wood preservative oil two coats to the wooden members of windows, doors etc; complete after cleaning the surface properly.

Applying polish with French polish on new wood surface and or wood based surface to give an even surface after cleaning the surface of all dirt ,dust and foreign matter sand papered smooth, including the cost of wood filler and materials, labor complete as per specification

Carefully dismantling the damaged lime flooring , modern flooring tiles, redoxide flooring, granite flooring, etc from palace flooring in ground floor , first floor, verandahs ,corridors and shifting debries away from the palace complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Removing of damaged masonry railings and supplying new masonry railings as per existing pattern including fitting, fixing of in between masonry pillars in ground and first floor corridors ,East side roof parapet, porticos parapet including the cost of materials ,labours etc complete.

Removing the old paint from steel and other metal surface with hand scraping and making the surface even including cost of labour ,complete as per specifications

Applying red lead ready mix priming coat over metal surface in palace including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease ,dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes ,fine steel wool, sand papers including cost of labour ,complete as per specification.

Applying enamel paint two coats (excluding priming coat) over new steel or other metal surface brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease ,dirt and other foreign matter including cost of material ,labour, complete as per specification

Supplying ,fitting, fixing of new window fittings like , windows hook,2”, 4” - 4 nos ,small window handles 4”- 2 nos , etc. complete including labour charges , materials as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supplying ,fitting, fixing of new Door fittings likes , brass door handles 8” -4 nos , Brass door stopper 5” -2 nos , Brass door aldrop 1 no , Brass tower bolts 12”- 2 nos as per instruction of engineer in charge.
