Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade(earthed) of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 2 above but exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 3.00m in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches in soft / loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, Class HV, type 1, flat, of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Tube light grade 80 mm bore fixing with walls ,floor ,in trenches for cable protection including clamp suitable size , nut & bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, for outdoor end termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, for outdoor end termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised strip size 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast RCC cover slab 30cm x 30 cm x 10cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil complete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Pt-I complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old earthing with all accessories. Note : On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, vertical type,with polymer insulators, mounted on steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Expulsion drop out fuse / horn gap fuse three pole (set of 3) along with post top insulator suitable for 11KV including connecting the same to the supply with necessary fixing material such as aluminium jumpers ,binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball & socket type, white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts, grade for single disc assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor in OH lines of HT/ LT/ street light conductor (Squirrel / Weasel) including binding with aluminium wire, in between every span complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for erection of poles / stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road cutting / hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG cable upto a depth of 15 cm, after laying of cable, well ramming to the excavated soil and repair the exvcavated portion of road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC all as specified and as directed.
