Boring of hole for installatin of HT poles /stay shoould be done with earth auger (back up with diesel generator). Auger should be capable to bore in hard rock. the required bore is 250 mm up to depth of 1.98 /1.20meters, complete all as specified & directed. (Note - PCC Work will measured and paid sepertly)

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 Meter long) complete with CI base plate and final including foundation and coping including two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide primer in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.complete all as specified & as directed Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for mild steel Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or sizes ,supension clamp, anchor clamp, eye hook, cable end cap, suitable tapping arrangements, joints, and jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed including painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide primer all as directed.

Supply & Fix on pole 8.00 mm dia GI wire on the cross arms of HT pole by fixing nut and bolt all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for heat shrinkable cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for out door termination complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core X 95sq mm + 1X 70 sq mm all as directed.

All as per item No.7 herein before but straight through joint kit for XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core X 95 sq mm + 1 X 70 sq mm all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre depth below normal ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to galvanized earth wire 04 mm dia with and including bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and riveted to earth plate and one end and connecting to main switch board or metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, GI wire encased in and including 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings, from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including flatiron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CI cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Pt-I connecting earth electrode to test point with and including earthing lead including neessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all the above provisions. (ii). PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting maner) .

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm size burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mm below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm size protected by 40 mm light grade pipe upto 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 including necessary excavation earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover slab, 50 mm thick with 1:2:4 type B1, using 8 mm CTD bars 140 mm C/C both- way with suitable handle, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, charcoal, salt all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old u/s earthing assembly all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for stay assembly with complete accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 using 20 mm dia stay rod including taking down old stay assembly complete all as specified & directed (loop type isolator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown on green suitable for HT 11 KV complete including taking out the U/S all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 11 KV SF6 insulated, 630 Amps rupturing capacity upto 250 MVA, extensible outdoor fixed type (IP67), RMU (Ring maint unit). mannul operated vacuum circuit Breaker having digital type overload and earthfault protection, ammeter, , inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of protection RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing. Busbars should be of copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of not less than 21KA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) RMU will be installed on suitable PCC foundation as per manufactures drawing. (ii) Cost of PCC /Earth work deemed to be included in the rate quoted complete all as specified and as directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site.

(a) Vaccum circuite Breaker module should consist of following accessories: (i) 630 Amps Vacuum Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity. VCB should be capable to bear 40 dead short circuit operation. (ii) Short time current - not less than 21 KA - 1 Sec (iii) Making Capacity 50 KA (iv) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC (v) Power frequency withstand voltage - 28 KV (vi) Impulse withstand voltage - 75Kv (vii) Nominal operating gas pressure - 1.3 (minimum) Bar abs. (viii) front cover mechanism - IP 2X

(xi) Cable box for front termination fo the cable suitable upto 3 core 120 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable (xii) Right angle boots (push on type) (xiii) Self Powered Microprocessor based Relay (3 O/C & E/F) with standard settings (xiv) Digital ampear meter with RYB (xv) Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings (xvi) Arc proof cable covers with self interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB (xvii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system (xviii) Mechanical indications for breaker ON, OFF, Earth, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged. (xix) CT of suitable ratio . (xx) PT of suitable size for voltage display.

(b) (i)-Microprocessor based IDMT (50, 50N, 51, 51N) relayfor overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection. (ii) one 1 nos Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) as incomer & 5 nos Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) as Out going along with metering panel (Configuration : VVV+VVV+M) (iii) - 1 NOS incoming Cable support bus bars,and standard for 5 way out unit. (iv) - 1 Set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling. (v)2x12 v DC,12AH battery bank with charger-1NOS

(c) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (d) One No. Operation Handle for Manual Operation (e) One No. Manometer. (f) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (g) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (h) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker. (i) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (j) All cable bushing should be replaceable type. (k) Module should be accommodated as per manufacture's design.
