Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 11 KV SF6 insulated, 630 Amps rupturing capacity upto 250 MVA, extensible outdoor fixed type (IP67), RMU (Ring maint unit). mannul operated vacuum circuit Breaker having digital type overload and earthfault protection, ammeter, , inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of protection RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing. Busbars should be of copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of not less than 21KA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) RMU will be installed on suitable PCC foundation as per manufactures drawing. (ii) Cost of PCC /Earth work deemed to be included in the rate quoted complete all as specified and as directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site.
(a) Vaccum circuite Breaker module should consist of following accessories: (i) 630 Amps Vacuum Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity. VCB should be capable to bear 40 dead short circuit operation. (b) (i)-Microprocessor based IDMT (50, 50N, 51, 51N) relayfor overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection. (ii) one 1 nos Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) as incomer & 5 nos Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) as Out going along with metering panel (Configuration : VVV+VVV+M) (iii) - 1 NOS incoming Cable support bus bars,and standard for 5 way out unit. (iv) - 1 Set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling. (v)2x12 v DC,12AH battery bank with charger-1NOS
(c) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (d) One No. Operation Handle for Manual Operation (e) One No. Manometer. (f) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (g) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (h) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker. (i) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (j) All cable bushing should be replaceable type. (k) Module should be accommodated as per manufacture's design.
