Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Provision for Jungle clearance including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual mean in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 m in width 10 Sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and rammering of bottom, lift upto 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil directed, with in a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of boundary wall including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Provision for R.R. stone masonry with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime:1surkhi: 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including curing etc complete.

Providing and laying in position in cement concrete DPC on ground level of Draft wall in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 C.Sand : 4 Stone aggregate) nominal size 20mm.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with vertical post ISLC 100x50x6mm and MS angle 50x50x6mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Panel size 2.00 x 1.20 mtr)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1½:3 (1cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for fixing of MS grill panel in concrete block (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30mtr) including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete coping of draft wall with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS Gate with vertical post ISLC 100x50x6mm and MS angle 50x50x6mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (gate size 2.00 x 1.50 mtr)

Provision for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on MS grill railing fencing including a coat of primer with scrapping by sand paper etc complete (MS Grill Size 2.00 x 1.20 Sqm meter)

Provision for water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work by mechanical transportation upto lead of one km from site area for site clearance and good appearance.
