Taking down cement plaster including wall tiling, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Digital printed wall tiles of size 300mm X 450mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry with spacers and pointed in epoxy tile grout to match the shade over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for and 7 to 8 mm thick, coloured, digital printed, ceramic. non skid tiles, area of tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors with spacers, set and jointed in neat cement pointed in epoxy tile grout to match the shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Dark shade Granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding off/curving the edges of granite stone & polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick / concrete surfaces, finished even &smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces etc all specified on external surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing water proofing treatment with 3mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) of weight 3.0 Kg/Sqm, modified bituminous membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/Sqm as centre core and with multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane over and including a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg / Sqm over roof and finishing the treatment with one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides & ends respectively) complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :-(i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of primer & one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane.

M&L for lean cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) in sunken portion of toilet, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old copper and aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulator, socket, light fittigs etc removing materials for taking credit and make good to disturbed surfaces of wall /floors etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.
