Earth work in embankment duly dressed in new construction with soil minimum CBR of 8% obtained from borrow pit all lead and lift with minimum lead of 1 Km transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to the required density to meet requirement of specification the finished road surface will be as per GAD approved by the Engineer. In case the qty. of earthwork calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less then 931 cum. Then actual quantity (less than 931 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 931 cum, then only 931 cum will be paid Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency willdo appropriate stabilization as per IRC- SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. Providing and laying spreading and compacting 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) course in layers as per Specifications including premixing with water to OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base /base coarse on well, prepared surfac and compacting with power/vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for all leads and lifts complete in all respect. Nore:- Only crushed stone material should be used no local sand/ tibba sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion medium setting @ minimum 6 Kg. per 10 sqm on new WMM surface and complete in all respects including cost of emulsion as per specification and revision Instruction issued by time to time regarding bitumen emulsion will be followed strictly HSR Item No.24.28 (b) + supply and carriage of material.

Providing and laying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 by pressure distributor at the rate of minimum 3.00 Kg. per 10 sqm on the prepared bitumen / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per specification HSR Item No. 24.27

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted thickness of bituminous Macadam (BM) in one layer by hot mix plant and paver finisher as per specification of raod and bridge work using minimum 304.% bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total Mix. Complete in all respect i/c cost of bitument, instruction issued time to time regarding machinery & bitument will be followed strictly.
