Reconstruction of boundary compound wall from western of 5th Boys Hostel to Superintending Engineer Office, in NITK

Dismantling & Demolition Work: Dismantling laterite stone work cm by manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal area as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Concrete works: Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) – Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

Concrete works: Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification

Concrete works: Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed or Batch Mixed concrete as per IS 10262 mix design procedure for Cement Concrete works in all types of Structures other than Road works, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) @ 75% & GGBS @ 25% proportion, admixtures to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. RMC M30 Grade

Masonry Works: Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

Finishing Works: Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Painting Works: Providing and applying two coat of exterior pant of Apex having anti fungus and water resistance character of approved colour and shade over a existing white wash/ colour wash by steel brushing/scalping, providing scaffolding, filling of cracks with putty where necessary complete. With primer.

Steel and Aluminium Works: Fencing with G.I. barbed wire Angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used

Steel and Aluminium Works: Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Finishing Works: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing Works: Providing and finishing “NITK” Letter with 25mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) with letter size of 300mm x 300mm every span of 4m interval, including cost of painting, labour, material, mechanics, travel. Etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
