A-Cutting of rails, dismantling and removal of existing 52 kg rails and
Dismantling and removing the existing 52 kg rail panel upto a length of 260 mtr. with fittings and fastening and keeping away from the site of work without causing any infringement to the railway track as directed by engineer-in-Charge or his representative and laying newly prepared rail panel, interchanging rails east to west as needed including removing the elastic rail clips, inserts and liner seat on rail, liners, rubber pads and refixing elastic rail clips etc. including aligning, levelling and correcting the gauge in traffic block conditions, to keep rail panel at nominated location after dismantling with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (All labours and tools to be supplied by the tenderer/contractor only at his own cost) including greasing of pandrol clips 2 inside portion of inserts and proper seating of MS/SF liners, GR pads on the rail. Loading and transportation of released rails/ points& crossing rails/ PSC sleepers from the location as directed Engineer in charge by road vehicle with contractor's own vehicle, loading , unloading and stacking properly with contractoor's own labours tools plats etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Lead upto 25 km and all lifts. Note: This item will be operated only if 1 the item under Schedule A1 for loading , leading unloading with dip lorry is not been operated.Loading and transportation of released rails/ points& crossing rails/ PSC sleepers from the location as directed Engineer in charge by road vehicle with contractor's own vehicle, loading , unloading and stacking properly with contractor's own labours tools plats etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: 1. The accessories along with welding portion shall be supplied as per Annexure-I of the IRUSSOR - 2021. 2.
