Required1. Bankers Cheque /Account Payee Demand Draft /Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR)/ Insurance Surety Bonds /Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from a Commercial Bank.

Required2. Certificate of registered contractor of CPWD in appropriate class of Composite Category.

Required3. Certificate of Registration of GST. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then the bidder shall upload following undertaking with the bid document If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I /We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of work execu

Required4. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD.

Required5. Electrical contractor licence OR an undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical licence at the time of execution of electrical work or associate contractor having valid electrical licence.
