REPAIR/MAINT OF POST TOP LAMPS STREET LIGHTS HIGH MAST LIGHTS JUNCTION BOXES PAINTING OF POLES ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AFS SINGARSI UNDER AGE I AF SINGARSI

M & L for painting surfaces of existing Steel tubular pole 9.0/8.5 mtr long alongwith attached accessories viz. mounting brackets, clamps, GI protection pipe, holderbats etc, with two coat of aluminium paint & synthetic enamel paint in parts after preparation of old painted surface as per existing or any other colour with pattern as per existing, wound around with reflective radium tape in red, yellow & white (forming one set) with adequate separation and numbering the poles in white on black background complete, all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting surfaces of existing LT panels with attached accessories with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted surfaces including writing proper incomming and outgoing line details and painting the legs and channel/angle frames with existing colour complete, all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose/hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep & getting out soil for taking out/laying of cables etc.complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18cm as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Punned thickness of sand cushioning will only be measured & paid in this item.)

Supply and laying of brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches width of brick perpendicular to the length of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for road cutting of size (30x45) cm, width-30 cm and depth-45 cm depth for laying of cables incl making good the excavated road with necessary returning filling and bituminious pavement portion with concret and bituminious mix and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm, 3.5 core as per IS 7098 incl. lugs/clamps to mount on walls/ ceiling/floors/other accessories necessary for installation incl. disconnecting and taking out old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core as per IS 7098 incl. lugs/clamps to mount on walls/ ceiling/floors/other accessories necessary for installation incl. disconnecting and taking out old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
