Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, post but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement:1/2 sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping completed all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of rubhish material from RCC roof and removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tar felt, lean concrete. Gravels etc & removing to a distance exc.500m but n exc 2.00 KM completes all as specified & Directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cooping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete on roof & parapet wall by picking scraping, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water and cleaned off all forgien matters and dust etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1 : 6) with a mixture of water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on dried concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Water Proofing Compound shall be measured separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

The roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed, dired up and cleaned of all forgein matter and dust to receive primer On the dired oof surafce one coat of approved bitumens primer @ 0.25 to 0.30 ltrs per Sqm shall be applied On this primed surface the polymerized modified bituminus water proofing memberance with non woven polyster as reinfocement memberance with white gravel /mineral finished on upper side having weight @ 3 Kg/Sqm & minimum thickness 3mm shall be laid by torch application method. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Frame work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered or rive, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders ,framed balusters, walk ways, railings etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, completed all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Dismantling of water tank exc 250 but not exc 500 and removing to store completed all as specifed and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F RMP sheeting 1.5mm thick with 1.5 corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and PVC washer in roof, wall etc.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of plastic emulsion over a coat of primer and avg 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu in screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: The amount of Rs 1,11,675.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 27 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
