(A) Civil Works: Hire charge of erection, fitting and fixing of steel tubular structure (Hangar) made with 50 mm dia M.S. tube truss framed with two lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes with 1.2 m and 2.4 m sections fixing with 6 mm thick M.S. plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25 mm dia of 2nos. and 8 nos. respectively fitted the frames with one another bolting with 50mm long. 16 mm dia both and nut, the lower most frame to be fixed on a base plate of size (1.2m x 4.m x 0.012m) the truss of height 8m to be placed at an interval of 3 m with 50mm dia M.S. tube purlins 40 Nos. horizontally to cover 32 m curvature length along the truss with bolt and nut including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function is over as directed and specified and complete (All materials are contractor's property) (all materials are contractor's property)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth etc. complete as directed (all the materials are contractors property)

Providing view cutter with heavy duty rope over the tarpolin roofing, walling etc. complete as directed.

Construction of stage of 2.00m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the platfrom with ……steel frame, staircase as directed by the deptt. (All the materials are contractors property)

Wooding flooring etc. including fixing to wood frame with iron screws, nails etc. red port complete as directed by the department including dismentling of the same after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considerd)

Providing fitting and fixing temporary steel barricading of 1.20m high (The dismatled steel pipes received from dismantling of barricade will be the contractor property after adjusting salvage value)

Printing framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Providing partition wall using 6mm ply and bothside printed flex in steel frame of height 2.42 mm and including pvc door with fittings for attached toilet and 1 wooden door for room.

Providing sanitary & water supply installation for one room with attached toilets etc. as directed by the department.

Hire charge of Grass Carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt. Public pandal

Hire charge of sofa set as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Hire charge of plastic Chair including carriage as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Hire charge of VVIP Chair including carriage as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Flower decoration for stage with natural flower and flower tubs including carriage complete considering 1 Job

Hire charge for Centre table

Providing/Erection of Bamboo Gate (Welcome-Gate) by bhaluka Bamboo post including fitting fixing by Cocunut coir with cloth decoration.

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resitant tarpolin over the stel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and laying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site removing the same after the function as directed and specified.
