M&L for repair to potholes any depth and not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of cationic emulsion RS I grade @ 2.5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam as specified for Item No 5 here-in-after well rammed and sealed with binder paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) good by filling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer on existing black top surfaces at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm with cationic bitumen RS-I grade using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of using cationic bitumen RS-I grade at 2.5kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with thermoplastic paint 2 mm thick, white or golden yellow or as directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs for USA brand marker (CAT EYE) size 100x100x18.5, body made of carbonate with electronically prismatic retro reflecting lines on both sides for maximum retro reflecting in wet and dry condition, with adhesive/epoxy for road indicator '3M' marker series 290 or equivalent of standard size complete all as specified and directed

S&F solar road pavement markers (solar stud) of approved colour and size 113x90x25 mm with 6 LED flat base fixed on bituminous/concrete surfaces complete all as directed in repairs.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in areas exc 50 mm and nor exc 100 mm deep

Screening road metal, chippings, etc on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring

Labour only for 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size), or of grading 3 (63 to 40 mm size), with Granite , trap or Basalt spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required. with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically incl dismantling existing brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class B complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for, for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc.and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solar stud aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F road safety unbreakable convex mirror 1000mm dia made of polycarbonate, having wide angle driveway look with adjustable brackets and nut-bolts for installation incl excavtion and PCC complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details. 3. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
