E-Quotation for Dismantling of Existing Unsafe Structures at Old Cattle Pound near Plot No. 72, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh.

Dismantling and removal of existing unsafe Bath Room, Toilet, Fodder Room, C-Type unsafe building near Cattle Shed and existing MS Structure/Shed at Old Cattle Pound near Plot No. 72, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Chandigarh, including labour, tools & plants, machinery, loading, handling, transportation and removal of dismantled material/malba from site, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and term and conditions. The dismantled material shall be the property of the successful tenderer. The quoted amount shall be payable by the successful agency/contractor to the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh before taking away the dismantled material. Existing boundary wall, khurlis, Existing M.S Shed and brick-on-edge flooring shall be excluded from the scope of dismantling and retained at site. The agency shall ensure that no damage is caused to the retained items. Note:- 1. Highest quoted bidder will be given preference. 2. Highest bidder has to deposit the quoted amount to the department before Allotment of work.
