Erection of Single pole structure on 9 mtr ST. (SP-33) Pole for LT AB Cable hanging including all works of evocation of pit & fitting of all accessories LT ABC clamp, danger board with clamp, Number plate with clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide Paint, barbed wire, earthing, shackle insulator etc. complete).

Erection of Single pole structure on 11mtr ST(SP-55) Pole for 11 KV O/H Line + LT AB Cable composite line including & fitting of all accessories (‘V' type cross arm 100 x 50 x 6 mm, clamps with bolt and nut, composite polymer pin insulator, danger board with clamp, Number plate with clamp, Pole painting, barbed wire earthing etc. complete).

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr ST Pole for 11 KV O/H Line + LT AB Cable composite line including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, Number plate wiith clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, Polymer Disc Insulator with fitting, Polymer Pin Insulator etc. complete).

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size (2M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝) on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable. Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand/as per site requirement HDD mathod can be used.

Grouting of pole (grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm stone ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming, making plinth for poles 30 cm above)/as per resspo norms.

Labour charges for inserting of MS Pipe, Rising of 11 KV cable and jumpering complete work.

Rising of 11 KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long Complete work.

Cable kit jointing charges of 11 KV XLPE Cable Outdoor/Straight through.

Laying/Hanging of LT ABC Cable (3x150+1x95+1x16) mm² with all require complete work.

Special Pipe Earthing Complete for Cable jointing Kit with materials. (provided and installation by contractor)

Disconnection and Reconnection of Existing LT cable connection in the path of Shifting of line as per follwoing details.

Shifting, loading, carriage and installation of existing 630/400/250 KVA T/F 11/0.4 KV with related fitting (FRP fencing must be require).

Charges for Temporary trolly transformer during widening of sever with complete accessories provided by contractor.

Grouting of stay rods (16x1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog/weasel conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 1 phase of ACSR weasel conductor in accordance, including binding, Jumpering as per requirement with LT AB Cable.

Installation of D.B Box complete.

Dismentling charges of existing Single Pole 8.5mtr. PCC Pole with fitting.

Dismentling charges of existing Single Pole 9 mtr. ST Pole with fitting.
