Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.s. (non mudular) bricks of designation,100 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar (1:4) as per Analysis Irri SOR..

Providing and laying C.C. (1:2:4) cement, 10-20mm stone gritt and coarse sand including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. In foundation and floors as per Analysis Irri SOR.

12 mm thick cement Plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (upto 10 meter height from GL in (1:4) as per Analysis Irri SOR.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform AS per analysis

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). as Analysis IRRI SOR .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.22.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.as Analysis IRRI SOR
