M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) finished fair & even as in Sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick , as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bounding over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .
