Excavation in trenches,n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation laying of cables ,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in trenches incl spreading, levelling watering and raming in layer n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated mtrls n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for fine sand cushioning for LT cable laid in trenches using screened sand of approved quality all as specified & directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid to contractor.

M&L for Best quality bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Material and labour boring of horizontal holes /trenchless hole for 50 mm bore pipe under the road below 1.50 mtr from the road/hard surface by trencheless technology using ultrasonic technique and including necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work all as directed. Note: Pipe Shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings & fixture as in cable protection laid in trenches/floor or on the Pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of high mast pole including , lowering of lantern, replacement and repairing of LED flood light, removing old burnt wiring and upper of lantern with help of motor,oiling and greasing of three phase motor, chain pully ,cable connector and replacement of old u/s mcb, contactor, start & stop switch and control wiring ,time switch etc complete all as specified as directed. Note : Spare part are inclusive in quoted rate by site serving of high mast in tech and domestic area

Rewinding of three phase electric motor for highmast system of suitable size complete all as directed. (with copper wire) Note :- Cost of copper binding wire is demeed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling cross arms of M.S channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole upto 7.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.20 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and yellow strips and remaining portion with with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for numbering of pole no. using stensils with two coats of Black round and fonts with white in colour complete all as specified.

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable, underground cable of any size with cable protection from any location , keeping in safe custody and relaying with using of same brick & connecting after replacement of straight through joint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork & joint kit shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) cost of taking out joint is included in the unit rate of this item (iii) laying of old brick and slab are included in quoteted rate

Material and labour for straight through joint, heat shrinkable type suitable for LT under ground cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bus bar chamber of size 900 mm (h) X 800 mm (w) x 700 mm (d) 4 strip aluminum busbar of size 400 Amps rating for phase and neutral ,400 mm long,duly fixed on porcelain insulator made out of 3.15 mm thick M.S Sheet and with proper weather protection (rain protection canopy) having four legs of 1.5 mtr with angle iron 80 mm x 80 mm x 5mm thick on floor with PCC foundation 450 mm x 350mm x 250mm type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate), duly powder coated paint having two parts front & back opening door including earth terminal point, cable connection and including one three pole MCCB 125 Amp 16 KA as incomming complete all as directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
