REPAIR AND MAINT OF DG SETS, RO SETS. RO PLANT, AC AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT SB DOOM DOOMA UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

Comprehensive maint including periodic check of water purifier (Ros) including replacement of old unserv items such as carbon filter, RO Membrane, Booster pump, Solenoid Valve, UV Chamber, UF Filter, TDS Controller, Dispensing Tap etc complete at SB Doom Dooma complete all as specified and directed

Carrying out routine, preventive maint & servicing of DG set of under mentioned capacity, Make: Kirloskar in all respect like checking of diesel engine, multi cylinder and all safety devices, control panel by service engineer / service technician of any reputed service center/ auth service center of OEM periodicaly or on requirement basis and replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories including calibration of control devices/ refitting of serviceable parts after cleaning/ servicing including minor consumables accessories like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc including draining of oil dust from foundation/ base plate complete all as specified and directed for the following under mentioned DG set:- (a) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves including adjust, if required. (b) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, water filter,screen filters assy, air filter etc. (c) Topping up of coolant & changing of hydraulic governer oil. (d) Tightening of all nut bolts including greasing of all points. (e) Checking of any leaking in fuel tank and oil lines. (f) Adjusting valve tappet clearance/timing, injector pressure test, cleaning and repairing,,tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (g) Repair/ rewiring of broken/ damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine protection devices etc. Note . (a): Labour charges for dismantling/ taking down and replacement/ refixing parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit item quoted rate. (b): Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, water filter, screen filter by pass filter, air filter etc will be measured and paid separately. (a) 62.5 KVA DG Set

Comprehensive maint including periodic check of fire alarm panel including replacement of old unserv items such as detector/sensor, loop isolator, battary charger, etc complete all as specified and directed at SB Doom Dooma

Supply and fixing in repair fully automatic star delta starter for submersible pump set of rating upto 7.5-10 HP, 415 volts, 50 Hz having with sheet metal encloser and relay range 3 phase, 15 to 23 Amps rating alongwith single phase preventer, contactor, panel mounting type complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/ Havells/ Schneider.

S&F in replacement of automatic transfer switch 4P, 200 A, 50 Hz, 415 V with complete box enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nature : Havells/ Legrand or as approved by GE.

Attending day to day complaints related to Internal Electric supply such as fixing of Tube light fitting, switch, socket, ceiling rose, holder,bell, ceiling fan, exhaust fan, street light, MCB, MCCB, DB's all type etc including taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900 AM and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as Tube light, switch, socket, holder, ceiling rose, MCB, street light etc as per site requirement shall be included in the the quoted rate. Note:- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No Electrician & 01 No Helper on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (iii) Every docket will submit at complaint cell of daily basis on same day at 0500 PM or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iv) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (v) Rs. 130.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints. (vi) Material will be measured and paid separatly under respective items as supply only. However quoted rate for fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item.

Attending day to day complaints related to water supply & plumbing work only such as leakage of pipe line of any size and type, submersible motor, DG Set minor fault, air lock in the pipe, leaking of any size of valve including removal/taking down of existing material or for refixing of same or replacement of rubber washer in PVC fittings and adjusting the of over head tanks and leaking PVC bends/galvanised iron pipes etc as per site requirement on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900AM and report to complaint cell at same day at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion, complete all as specified and directed. Material such as threads, washers, lead, solvent cement to join PVC pipes etc shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No FGM & 01 No Helper on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (iii) Every docket will submitted at complaint cell on daily basis of same day at 0500 PM or early morning on next day after satisfacotry completion. And warranty should be 5 Years on site. make- CG , Havells ,Wipro or equivalent . Note-(a) Contractor shall produce the Genuineness and warranty certificate from the manufacturer before fixing. (b) All complaints will be rectified on PRIORITY basis upto completion of contract. (c) Contractor will arrange /provide suitable ladder (Telescopic/Hydra) with technicians for repair of street lights from statrting of contract upto date of completion of the work.The BIS stamps shall be mandatory on driver and fixture.
