EXCAVATION IN SOIL 1.5 - — cavation for foundations, trenches, drains,roads etc. in all types of soil, levelling/ compaction ofthe excavated surface etc. all c plete. Soil/soft murrum will be classified as which can be removed easily by using axes, pick-axe/crow bars/shovels etc.

BACKFILL WITH AVAILABLE — ckfilling with excavated earth/ available earth at sitein the pit / trenches/foundations/roads etc. includes full compaction, either ith manual ramming/ roller as per site condition.

RUBBLE SOLING — oviding and laying 230mm thick or as directed, dry rubblesoling, below flooring, roads, foundations etc. by usingangular shape avera 230mm thick rubbles including filling interstices with stone chips and hard murrum/screeningmaterial of approved quality, watering, onsolidating etc.,complete as specified & directed by EIC.

DISPOSAL OUTSIDE — sposal to a BMC designated/private dumping location, proof of outside disposal to be produced like Out Going Gate Pass of Refinery , MC Challan etc. whichever is applicable. This item will be extra over and above the items of excavation/ dismantling etc. wherever a licable for the disposal of excess/surplus debris/ earth generated at the site on the actual qty. of excavation/dismantling irrespec ve of the qty to be disposed. Payment shall be made to vendor based on initial and final levels of the excavated area which shall al be reconciled with truck measurements (reduced by 30% for voids). The minimum of both will be payable. DISPOSAL AREAS OUTSIDE PLANT OUNDARY TO BE ARRANGED BY THECONTRACTOR. Royalty or statutory fees (if any) that may required to be paid to BMC/ Collector office or o any statutory bodies for excavation/disposal OUTSIDE REFINERY to designated area, shall be borne by the contractor at no extra cos to HPCL. Contractor to keep receipts which shall be submitted with bill for processing, without receipts Rs. 200/- shall be deducted er M3 of disposal.

M-10 OR VOL MIX 1:3:6 — oviding and laying in position specified grade (Ready Mix Concrete) M10 controlled concrete as per approved mix design or plain ceme concrete having volumetric proportions 1:3:6 (Cement:Sand:Coarse aggregates) using graded metal with size 20 mm and 12.5 mm includ g placing, vibrating, compacting, curing etc. complete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes EXCLUDING formwork and reinforce nt.

M-15 OR VOL MIX 1:2:4 — oviding and laying in position specified grade (Ready Mix Concrete) M15 controlled concrete as per approved mix design or plain ceme concrete having volumetric proportions 1:2:4 (Cement:Sand:Coarse aggregates) using graded metal with size 20 mm and 12.5 mm includ g placing, vibrating, compacting, curing etc. complete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes EXCLUDING formwork and reinforce nt.

M-25 UPTO GRADE LEVEL — oviding and laying in position specified M25 grade (Ready Mix Concrete) controlled concrete as per approved mix design for sub-struc re (i.e. upto ground level including pavement) and shapes using graded metal with size 20 mm and 12.5 mm. including placing, vibrati , compacting, curing etc. complete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes EXCLUDING formwork and reinforcement.

M-25 ABOVE GRADE LEVEL — oviding and laying in position specified M25 grade (Ready Mix Concrete) controlled concrete as per approved mix design for superstru ure at all heights and shapes using graded metal with size 20 mmand 12.5 mm. including placing, vibrating, compacting, curing etc. c plete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes EXCLUDING formwork and reinforcement.

M-30 UPTO GRADE LEVEL — oviding and laying in position specified M30 grade (Ready Mix Concrete) controlled concrete as per approved mix design for sub-struc re (i.e. upto ground level including pavement) and shapes using graded metal with size 20 mm and 12.5 mm. including placing, vibrat g, compacting, curing etc. complete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes EXCLUDING formwork and reinforcement.
